Salisbury University is located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. The city of Salisbury lies 30 miles west of the resorts at Ocean City, Maryland, and the Assateague Island National Seashore. Salisbury is 115 miles southeast of Baltimore, Maryland, and Washington, DC. The city is 125 miles south of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and 125 miles north of Norfolk, Virginia.
Salisbury is at the junction of east-west U.S. Route 50 and north-south U.S. Route 13. Salisbury University is positioned on U.S. Route 13 at the southern edge of the city of Salisbury.
